In this role, you will serve as Senior Vice President, Real Estate. You will be working alongside the Executive Vice President, Real Estate as well as internal and external partners to manage the Real Estate process for a specified area of the US. This may include but is not limited to conducting land analysis, engaging in negotiations, and finalizing purchase agreements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the real estate management and administration processes from acquisition to disposition. Negotiate land transactions on behalf of Walton and its affiliates. Effectively communicate project requirements and set expectations with all stakeholders in a professional manner. Provide meaningful analysis and guidance during the asset selection, due diligence and underwriting process. Recognize potential risks and prepare appropriate strategic plans; communicate and implement approved strategies. Develop and foster relationships with key stakeholders: local officials; homebuilders; multifamily, commercial, and industrial developers; consultants; and capital providers. Assist / support corporate leadership to achieve strategic corporate initiatives. Annually assist with the preparation of project goals and objectives; provide monthly status reports; and recommend and take pro‑active steps to meet project goals. Review, monitor and report on project schedules, milestones, deadlines and budgets. Attend meetings as necessary with the stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are maintained. Verify and approve payment application requests for consultants, vendors, and contractors. Negotiate contracts on projects to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Bachelor’s degree in real estate/Business, Construction, Planning, Finance or another related field preferred A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the residential building industry, consulting or engineering firm and/or related practical experience. Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook (3rd Party Market Data experience preferred) Ability to travel to land acquisition sites and consultant offices throughout a specified MSA (valid driver’s license is required) Hardworking, detail‑oriented and analytical professional with a strategic mindset Proven strength in analysis and creative problem solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self‑motivation, and leadership Ability to manage and/or coordinate multiple projects while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Willingness to learn and grow professionally Why Join Walton Global?
