Executive Assistant Location: Phoenix, AZ Compensation: $25–$28/hour (contract-to-hire) Professional Services / Technology Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays. Our client is an innovative, fast-growing technology organization recognized for its impact within the professional services industry. They are entering an exciting growth phase and are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to their executive leadership team. This is an on-site position with long-term growth potential, including opportunities to advance into leadership or Chief of Staff roles. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, managing complex scheduling, communication, and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment. Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule executive travel arrangements. Draft and proofread internal and external communications on behalf of leadership. Prepare presentations and board decks using Google Slides. Support general office management and coordination of executive events and dinners. Conduct research and prepare briefing materials or talking points for meetings and speaking engagements. Handle document organization, filing, and data entry to support daily operations.
