Recruiter (Part-time) - Omaha, NE We're looking for a part-time Recruiter who excels at starting conversations, building strong relationships, and recognizing top talent where technical expertise meets real-world impact. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field - or equivalent experience. * 3-5 years of direct recruiting experience; Solid knowledge of recruiting methods, best practices, and employment law (federal, state, and local). * Proven experience sourcing through platforms such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology. * Experience with reporting and recruitment metrics. * Ability to recruit across a range of positions, from early career to senior leadership. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. * Build strong internal relationships to influence and enhance the hiring process. * Source candidates using a variety of platforms and creative outreach methods. * Draft and post compelling job descriptions. * Screen applicants through resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews. * Maintain and manage a database of active and passive candidates. * Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams. * Provide coaching and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle. * Stay informed on recruiting trends and best practices. * Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies. * Represent the company at networking events and career fairs.
