Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform precise data entry to maintain financial records and documentation.
• Handle invoice processing and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Collaborate on accounting tasks related to commercial construction projects.
• Manage AIA billing processes and prepare required documentation.
• Support the accounting team by reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Generate financial reports and provide key insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in tracking expenses and budget allocations for construction projects.
• Contribute to streamlining accounting procedures for improved efficiency.• Proven experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with invoice processing and financial documentation.
