Overview Early Careers: Associate Broker- Cyber Broking at Aon. This is a business-oriented broking opportunity within the Cyber Solutions team. This is a non-technical role. Aon shapes decisions for the better to protect and enrich lives and fosters an inclusive, collaborative environment. What you will do Gather and organize information for client submissions. Support the broking process and provide ongoing service throughout the engagement. Assist with billing, policy review, and documentation for assigned clients. Use technology to streamline workflows and improve client service. Help replicate successful solutions and identify new broking opportunities. Contribute to client communications and materials and learn the full insurance brokerage process. Qualifications College seniors graduating between Spring 2025 to Spring 2026 with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Willingness to obtain a property & casualty license upon hire. Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (now or in the future). Foundational understanding of the cyber errors & omissions insurance marketplace. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationships. Comfort working with data and financial concepts, often using Excel and PowerPoint to support client projects. Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What to expect Hands-on, client-facing experience, from technical writing to verbal presentations. Learn the full insurance brokerage process, including preparation of proposals and presentations, and how to communicate with clients confidently and professionally. Exposure to topics such as mergers and acquisitions and cyber liability coverage early in your career. Build relationships with internal teams and external clients while developing a deep understanding of the insurance marketplace and risk management.
