Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager with a strong background in hospitality interior renovations to oversee projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. The Interior Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between ownership, clients, and project teams, ensuring design specifications and quality standards are met while maintaining strong client and team relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple interior renovation projects simultaneously.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and cost controls to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, and internal project support staff.
- Manage client communications, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate closely with design, estimating, and operations teams throughout all project phases.
- Drive project completion while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial interior renovation projects (hospitality strongly preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of interior finishes, MEP coordination, and FF&E installation.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Florida (and occasionally regionally).
