Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000
For this role, Chinese/Mandarin speaking is a must.
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and own AL Homes’ brand, positioning, and messaging framework.
- Build and execute the annual marketing plan to drive homeowner and investor demand.
- Partner with sales leadership to align marketing campaigns with revenue targets.
Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns: direct mail (EDDM), paid ads, email marketing, and sponsorships.
- Develop neighborhood-targeted campaigns to reach homeowners and investors directly.
- Create compelling marketing collateral: flyers, brochures, yard signage, event displays, videos.
Events & Community Engagement
- Lead the planning of open houses, showcases, broker tours, and community events.
- Manage logistics including venues, catering, signage, AV, permits, and staffing.
- Build partnerships with city councils, policy groups, and community associations.
- Track event attendance, engagement, and ROI, ensuring leads flow into Salesforce/LeftMain.
Marketing Operations
- Own campaign tracking through Salesforce/LeftMain, UTM structures, and GA4.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and agency partners for creative, events, and media buys.
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all homeowner and investor touchpoints.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build and monitor marketing dashboards in Salesforce/LeftMain.
- Track CPL, CAC, MQL→SQL conversion, and marketing contribution to contracts signed.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to executive leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in real estate, housing, or community-driven industries.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline impact through events, direct mail, and campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems (Salesforce, LeftMain, GA4).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills; strong cross-functional communicator.
- Comfort with occasional evening/weekend work during events.
