We are seeking an Order Management Specialists in Shakopee, MN to join our growing team and help ensure seamless order processing and delivery of audio devices to customers and partners worldwide.
Job Summary:
The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing, tracking, and managing customer orders from entry to delivery. This role ensures accuracy, timely fulfillment, and communication across internal departments such as production, logistics, sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in order management, preferably in a medical device or hearing aid manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and monitor customer orders in ERP/order management systems
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Review order specifications for accuracy, including product configurations and customizations
Track order status and proactively resolve any delays or discrepancies
Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers regarding order updates, backorders, or delivery timelines
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards specific to medical devices
Generate shipping documentation and coordinate with third-party logistics providers as needed
Support inventory control and planning teams by providing order forecasts and insights
Assist in continuous process improvement for order workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in order management or supply chain operations; experience in medical devices or audio equipment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on timely and accurate order execution

Pay Details:
$18.50 per hour
