Administrative Assistant
Location: On-Site
Salary: $20/hour.
No prior HR experience required.
Calculated Hire Is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a variety of HR-related administrative functions. While this is not a traditional HR role, it plays a key part in employee support, training coordination, and systems tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Badge Management: Issue replacement badges and maintain the badge tracking system (low volume).
- Probationary Reviews: Monitor and send reminders for probationary employee evaluations via Smartsheet.
- Exit Interviews: Manage collection and processing of paper-based exit interview forms.
- Training Coordination: Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions, including those with external partners.
- Supervisor Training Compliance: Track training completions for approximately 70 supervisors using Smartsheet.
- Employee Development Programs: Support planning and logistics for internal development initiatives.
- Employee Satisfaction Surveys: Assist in distributing and collecting employee feedback forms.
- Company Events: Support the coordination and execution of internal events.
Tools & Technical Skills
- Smartsheet: Strongly preferred (used extensively for tracking, reminders, and compliance).
- Microsoft Office Suite: Especially Microsoft Teams for communication and scheduling.
- Workday: Familiarity with Learning Administration functions is a plus.
- Canva: Highly desirable for creating basic graphics and internal communications.
