Power BI Data Analyst Job at Community Tax, LLC in Chicago
Community Tax, LLC, Chicago, IL, US
Job Description
Power BI Data Analyst – Your Foot in the Door to Real Business Impact
Location: Chicago, IL (Office near O’Hare International Airport – hybrid)
You’re good with data — but you’re even better at finding what it means.
If you’ve been stuck just pulling reports or formatting dashboards, it’s time for the next step. We’re a nationally recognized Tax Resolution firm helping clients solve their toughest IRS problems — and we’re looking for a Power BI Data Analyst who’s ready to use analytics to drive business performance, not just describe it.
This is a chance to learn the business from the inside, build dashboards that leadership actually uses, and make your mark in a firm where data matters.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage Power BI dashboards that power real-time decision making.
- Connect data across departments — Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations.
- Spot trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities before anyone else sees them.
- Help automate and improve reporting processes across the firm.
- Present insights that actually change how the business operates.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and similar analytics tools.
- A curious, entrepreneurial mindset — you ask “why,” not just “what.”
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to non-technical teams.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow your role.
What We Offer
- A collaborative team environment that values initiative.
- Office near O’Hare International Airport with hybrid flexibility.
- A genuine opportunity to turn analytics into strategy — and make an impact early in your career.
- A comprehensive suite of employee benefits including 401(k) with company match
Don’t just analyze data — use it to change the game.
Apply now and start building the career (and business influence) you’ve been looking for.
