Job Title: Receptionist – Immigration Law Office
Location: 500 N Central Ave., Suite 720 Glendale CA 91203 (In-person position only – No remote work available)
About Us: We are a dedicated immigration law firm committed to serving our community with professionalism, compassion, and excellence. Our office is seeking a reliable and bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients.
Position Overview
The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming clients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendar
- Handle client intake forms and basic case-related inquiries (under attorney supervision)
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Must be able to work in person at our office location (remote work is not available)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Expertise in computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel and office software.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Prior experience in an immigration law office or as a receptionist (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- $22–$24 per hour (based on experience)
