As a Hardware Release Engineer, you will play an important role which directly impacts the customer experience with the Synopsys MSIP products. As a Hardware Release Engineer, you will be responsible for generation of the customer-deliverable design kit packages for DDR, HBM, UCIe Physical Interface (PHY) and other MISP Products. Your responsibilities will include building, checking, problem resolution, release note generation, verification, and general QA of the packages before they are released for customer use. What You’ll Be Doing: \* The build and verification of individual DDR/HBM/UCIE PHY components \* The build and verification of complete DDR/HBM/UCIE PHY packages \* Contribute to debugging, validation, and verification of release deliverables \* Work closely with R&D & Application Engineers to ensure timely debug and resolution of all problems which arise \* Participate in process improvement projects, including automation, data-driven analyses, and the use of AI-assisted tools to streamline release operations \* Participate in data collection and analysis of release metrics to identify recurring issues, drive corrective actions, and improve overall process quality \* Document release procedures \* Ensure each DDR/HBM/UCIE PHY release package interoperates with the appropriate controller \* Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for individual DDR/HBM/UCIE PHY components \* May mentor or supervise junior team members and provide technical guidance What You’ll Need: \* Minimum of five years of related experience in semiconductor design, release, or verification environment \* Strong debugging and analytical skills \* Strong scripting and automation skills - primarily in Python, with familiarity in Bash, Tcl, Perl. \* In-depth understanding of EDA tools, design flows and release processes used in IP and SoC development \* Strong proficiency in UNIX/LINUX environments, including scripting, file system structure, and shall-based workflows. \* Advanced English speaking and writing skills required for effective collaboration and communication with globally distributed teams \* BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering Personal Qualifications: \* Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail \* Quick learner with the ability to learn new tools and processes \* Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented \* Excellent teamwork and communication skills \* Able to work effectively under schedule pressure Rewards and Benefits: We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs.
