About the job

As MRP’s Senior Corporate Recruiter, you’ll be a trusted advisor, owning recruiting across the organization. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for sales, clinical, operations/logistics, biomedical, G&A, and leadership positions. You’ll work closely with MRP’s founders and executive leaders to identify hiring needs and top candidates who will be a strong long-term fit for MRP’s culture and business objectives. You’ll play a vital part in attracting and hiring top talent that helps drive the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on pitching MRP’s brand story and employee value proposition to candidates.
  • Own the process for new positions, including updating job descriptions and obtaining headcount approval from finance.
  • Conduct recruitment intake meetings with hiring managers to set clear expectations.
  • Source hard-to-fill or relocation positions, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Execute effective candidate screens to ensure the accuracy of candidate qualifications.
  • Proactively communicate with hiring managers and leadership through regular reporting.
  • Provide education and recommendations on current best practices in Talent Acquisition.
  • Utilize and configure ATS to document conversations with candidates and interview progress.
  • Work with hiring leaders to determine offers and negotiate as needed.
  • Partner with Director of HR on new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Manage relationships with outside recruitment firms.
  • Participate in overarching HR projects related to recruiting and employer branding.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; corporate recruiting preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with candidates and executives.
  • Sales recruiting experience required.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, MS365, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
