Job Title:  Bilingual Recruiter
Location:  Irving, TX
Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime may be required based on hiring volume)

Compensation:  $26.00 – $31.25 / hour

Job Description  Addison Group is seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter to join our client’s growing team in Irving, TX. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on high-volume hiring of skilled trade professionals. The ideal candidate is bilingual, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities   Conduct phone screenings and schedule in-person interviews with skilled trade candidates
Facilitate and lead in-person interviews, including administering trade-specific assessments
Accurately evaluate and rank candidates based on qualifications and assessment performance
Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and documentation throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
Communicate regularly with internal teams regarding candidate progress and onboarding schedules
Support additional recruiting needs as they expand into other field and management roles
Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking and communication systems
Qualifications   Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in skilled trades or industrial settings
Bilingual in English and Spanish is  required
Proven experience in high-volume hiring environments (e.g., staffing agencies, light industrial, construction)
