Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively


• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices

Compensation

• $48/hour – $68/hour
