If You Have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Proven experience in corporate accounting
• Extensive background in preparing payrolls for large, multi-state organizations
• Hands‑on experience with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings
• Advanced QuickBooks skills (preferred)
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong communication, interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills
• The ability to multi‑task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines

You Will Be:

• Overseeing all accounting and financial functions for our companies
• Upgrading accounting processes and reporting systems for maximum efficiency
• Processing weekly payroll and preparing garnishment checks
• Paying taxes in a timely and accurate manner at all required intervals
• Providing daily financial status reports to management
• Managing collections and reducing account aging
• Handling payables and reconciling bank accounts
• Evaluating creditworthiness of new clients, supporting pricing and contracts
• Managing internal employee benefits programs and ACA compliance
• Partnering with agents on workers compensation and audit processes
• Ensuring accurate employee coding and benefit assignments
• Collaborating with vendors to secure all eligible tax credits
