Business Office Assistant – Heritage Manor Care, Carmichael, CA
We are a skilled nursing facility looking for a dynamic associate to provide clerical and administrative assistance to support the office manager and administrator.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounting responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and communications
- Manage filing systems
- Update paperwork and documents in word processing
- Organize and maintain office areas
- Perform general office duties
- Assist with event coordination
- Provide backup support to office staff
- Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding
- Input information into databases and spreadsheets (Excel)
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 6 months experience in an office setting (or Skilled Nursing Facility) required
