Business Office Assistant – Heritage Manor Care, Carmichael, CA

We are a skilled nursing facility looking for a dynamic associate to provide clerical and administrative assistance to support the office manager and administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounting responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and communications
  • Manage filing systems
  • Update paperwork and documents in word processing
  • Organize and maintain office areas
  • Perform general office duties
  • Assist with event coordination
  • Provide backup support to office staff
  • Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding
  • Input information into databases and spreadsheets (Excel)

Qualifications

  • 6 months experience in an office setting (or Skilled Nursing Facility) required
