Job Overview – Warehouse Associate

Join a dynamic warehouse team where you’ll handle order picking, forklift operation, and unboxing copiers. This role is active and hands-on — perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and working with a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (Reach, Dock Stocker, or Sit-Down) safely and efficiently
• Pick and process orders using RF devices
• Unbox copiers and remove packaging materials
• Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized workspace
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (team lift for heavier items)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience and 1 year forklift experience
• Valid forklift certification (Reach, Dock Stocker, or Sit-Down)
• Experience using RF scanners
• Strong math, reading, and attention to detail skills
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
• Team-oriented attitude and safety-first mindset
