Role Description

The Warehouse Associate is a hands-on role focused on production and operational efficiency in our warehouse. This position plays a critical part in preparing our products for customers, assisting with truck load outs, receiving shipments, and fulfilling orders. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English and Spanish), detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with both warehouse and office teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily production tasks, including preparing, packaging, and labeling products
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks quickly and safely
• Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and store materials properly
• Fulfill orders accurately while meeting company quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with warehouse safety procedures
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, office staff, and warehouse associates
• Provide translation support for Spanish-speaking team members when needed

Must-have qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse, production, or fulfillment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in truck loading/unloading, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillmentComfortable with physical work including lifting, loading, and unloading up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be located in commutable distance to Peachtree Corners, Georgia, United States

Preferred qualifications

• Forklift and pallet jack experience (certification a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with office and warehouse staff
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment
