This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks on construction sites, ensuring that machinery, tools, and facilities are in excellent working condition. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair of construction equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Assist in site setup, including assembling and dismantling temporary structures, scaffolding, and safety equipment.
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs as needed.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards.
- Support the construction team with general labor tasks, including moving materials, debris removal, and site preparation.
- Follow work orders, blueprints, and instructions accurately to complete tasks efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair work (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical).
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Experience:
