Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dedicated and reliable General Maintenance Worker to join our construction team. This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks on construction sites, ensuring that machinery, tools, and facilities are in excellent working condition. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety‑conscious, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of construction equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Assist in site setup, including assembling and dismantling temporary structures, scaffolding, and safety equipment.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards.
• Support the construction team with general labor tasks, including moving materials, debris removal, and site preparation.
• Follow work orders, blueprints, and instructions accurately to complete tasks efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management of tools, equipment, and supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair work (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical).
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and regulations.

Experience:

• Previous experience in maintenance, general labor, or construction support is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours:
