Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Role Description We’re hiring a Construction Superintendent for a full-time, on-site position in Long Island, NY. The Superintendent will manage day-to-day site operations on ground-up construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include: Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and site activities Enforcing safety protocols and company standards Maintaining project schedules and budgets using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software Ensuring quality control and compliance with project specifications Communicating progress and issues with project managers and ownership Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on ground-up projects Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and safety Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other scheduling software Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills Experience with Procore and/or Autodesk preferred Degree or certification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Construction Get notified about new Construction Superintendent jobs in Hauppauge, NY . #J-18808-Ljbffr
