Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements (income, balance, and cash flow)
• Forecast revenue, expenses, and monitor financial performance
• Assist in the preparation of audits

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working as a property accountant for the property management industry
• Bachelors in accounting or finance are preferred
• Strong communication
• Ability to multitask
