OCI - O&M (Observability & Management) Technical Architect (Contract W2)
Remote client with periodic travel is looking for a seasoned Observability & Management consultant to support implementation projects on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The role will engage in monitoring, logging, security, cost governance, and DevOps aspects to deliver end‑to‑end solutions. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain OCI Observability & Management solutions. Configure OCI Monitoring, Logging, and Performance Monitoring for applications, databases, and infrastructure. Integrate OCI APIs and SDKs with other Oracle Cloud services for end‑to‑end observability. Perform vulnerability scanning, patch management, and security posture management on OCI. Analyze cost and usage data to provide cost‑gauge and governance recommendations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation on OCI. Qualifications
Strong technical background in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure monitoring and logging. Experience with Oracle Database, OCI Database Services and monitoring. Hands‑on knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring and integration with OCI services. Familiarity with OCI Security, patch management, and vulnerability scanning. Experience in OCI Cost Analysis, cost governance, and usage optimization. Knowledge of OCI DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Contract or project‑based engagement desired. Remote + Client Paid Travel
