Role Overview
The Head of Global Insight Sales for EMEA and North America will lead the sales strategy and execution for our Global Insights business line across these regions. This visionary leader will manage a high‑performing sales team, engage key clients, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance our offerings and market position.
Team
The GI Americas/EMEA Sales team at S&P Global drives sales and business development across the Americas and EMEA. The team delivers innovative solutions related to infrastructure, data analytics, market intelligence, and risk assessment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Global Insights business line in EMEA and North America to achieve revenue targets and drive market share growth. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a high‑performance culture that aligns with overall business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that leverage S&P Global’s capabilities. Collaborate with product management, marketing, and research teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities. Drive the adoption of innovative sales methodologies and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team. Report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic planning.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $176,306 to $252,000 (US candidates only). The role is eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional S&P Global benefits. For more information on benefits, click

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably within financial services, data analytics, or market intelligence sectors. Proven track record of leading sales teams and driving revenue growth in EMEA and North America. Strong understanding of the Global Insights market and competitive landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinking and tactical execution in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and support sales initiatives.
