Position Summary

Castle & Cooke Hawaii is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Construction to oversee all phases of complex construction projects, from planning and design to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This position coordinates with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities

Oversees the end-to-end execution of complex construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, and close-out. Develop and manage detail project plans, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope. Monitor and control project budgets, cost forecasts, and change orders to maintain financial health of each project. Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure alignment with project goals. Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays or budget overruns. Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in construction management, civil engineering, or related field. Minimum of ten (10) years’ work experience in residential development, or in a similar role required. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, contracts, and cost control. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
