SHOULDER/ELBOW ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEON (ACADEMIC POSITION)
University of California, San Francisco is recruiting an orthopaedic surgeon with subspecialty expertise in shoulder and elbow surgery for an assistant/associate/full level position.
Selected candidates will be expected to provide high‑quality clinical care, teach clinically relevant topics to residents, fellows, and medical students, participate in university service, and conduct both didactic and bedside teaching. A strong interest in clinical and translational research and a desire to grow a busy shoulder and shoulder arthroplasty practice are required.

UCSF Marin Health
UCSF East Bay Surgery Center
Additional Bay Area practice sites based on department needs
Requirements
Valid California medical license (condition of employment)
Board certified or eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency program
Completion of a Shoulder & Elbow fellowship program
For associate level, evidence of academic teaching and publication record
Applicant’s materials must list pending qualifications upon submission
