Base Salary: $50,000 – $100,000
Commissions: Uncapped on Gross Profit ⭐ Expected First-Year Earnings:

Without a Book of Business: $65,000+

Position Overview We are seeking experienced Freight Sales Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining your own customer base, managing freight transactions, and building strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
If you have a proven track record in freight brokerage or sales — and the drive to succeed in an uncapped commission environment — we’d love to speak with you.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Freight Agent or Broker
Existing book of business generating at least $175,000 in Gross Profit
Ability to transition book of business within 60 days
No active non-compete agreement (must sign ours upon hire)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
Proficient with TMS, HubSpot CRM, DAT, Truckstop, and Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and onboard new shippers via phone, email, and online tools
Manage daily freight operations - Cradle to Grave (Full Desk)
Negotiate rates and ensure margin growth between customers and carriers
Build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain consistent performance metrics and reporting
