BeOne Medicines invites experienced professionals to join as the Field Medical Director (MSL) for the Gulf States Territory.
Overview As a key contributor to BeOne’s clinical pipeline, the Field Medical Director will coordinate external collaborations, support pre‑ and post‑launch Medical Affairs activities, and build relationships with key stakeholders in solid tumor and hematology therapeutic areas. The incumbent reports to the Senior Regional Director, Hematology, within Medical Affairs.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute robust regional territory plans that engage healthcare professionals and drive improved patient outcomes.
Establish and maintain scientifically credible peer‑to‑peer relationships with national and regional opinion leaders.
Facilitate strategic partnerships with scientific and clinical experts and serve as an enterprise‑level point of contact with organizations such as guideline development groups and national cancer institutions.
Serve as an internal resource for clinical and scientific information derived from medical interactions.
Provide impactful feedback on emerging clinical and scientific trends to internal stakeholders.
Nominate sites and investigators for company‑sponsored clinical research and support the submission of Investigator‑Sponsored Research proposals.
Support major and regional congresses and engage thought leaders.
Identify continuous process improvement opportunities and track goals and objectives.
Support Medical Affairs budget planning and management while ensuring compliant business practices.
Qualifications
MD, PharmD, PhD, DO, NP, PA, or Master’s Degree in a clinical or scientific profession.
5+ years of clinical experience in oncology (hematology/oncology) with a track record in biotech or pharmaceutical companies (or 7+ years for NP/PA).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a collaborative cross‑functional mindset.
Experience with managed care, regional medical care, and the pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to travel 60‑70% and work in a global setting.
Demonstrated leadership in driving results, managing projects, and adapting to ambiguity.
Travel Work‑related travel approximately 60‑70%.

Salary $212,200 – $272,200 annually (base salary only). Eligible for annual bonus and incentive compensation. Equity awards and 401(k) plan available. Non‑Commercial roles eligible for discretionary equity awards.
