A progressive mixed-animal practice in Cisco, Texas is seeking a Medical Director to lead a dedicated clinical team and guide the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight and ensure high standards of patient care
Mentor and develop veterinary and support team members
Oversee medical protocols and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent
Active or eligible Texas veterinary license
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Experience with mixed‑animal or companion‑animal medicine preferred
