Pur-Form is a progressive, regenerative, and integrative medicine clinic specializing in
autologous and allogeneic stem cell therapy, EBO2 (extracorporeal blood oxygenation and ozonation), plasmapheresis, and interventional pain management . Position Overview We are seeking a licensed
MD or DO in the state of Florida
who has experience performing injections and a passion for patient-centered regenerative care. This role combines procedural skill with consultative expertise—you will educate new patients, explain evidence-based treatment options, and guide them toward customized therapies that fit their goals.
Primary Responsibilities Conduct
consultations
with new and existing patients to evaluate needs, review diagnostics, and clearly explain regenerative treatment options. Educate patients on the benefits and outcomes of regenerative and pain management therapies, focusing on improving the conversion from consultation to treatment. Perform
ultrasound- and/or landmark-guided injections , including PRP, autologous/allogeneic stem cell, and soft tissue procedures. Oversee or assist in advanced biologic therapies, including
EBO2 therapy
and
plasmapheresis , ensuring patient safety and protocol compliance. Review and develop individualized treatment plans and follow-up strategies that align with best clinical practices. Collaborate with supporting clinical staff and advanced practitioners to optimize efficiency and patient outcomes. I'd like for you to maintain thorough and accurate medical records for all consultations and procedures. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) , fully
licensed and in good standing in the state of Florida . Experience performing injections—orthopedic, soft tissue, aesthetic, or pain management (required). Residency training in any recognized discipline ( Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, PM&R, Pain Management, Sports Medicine, Orthopedics , or related specialty). Proficiency or willingness to train in
ultrasound-guided procedures . Interest in biologic and regenerative therapies, including stem cell and PRP applications (training provided if necessary). Excellent communication skills and ability to educate and motivate patients toward treatment decisions. Strong ethical standards, commitment to evidence-based medicine, and a teamwork mindset.
