Lead and mentor veterinarians and support staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care Develop, implement, and uphold medical protocols and best practices Perform high-quality diagnostic, surgical, and preventive veterinary care Foster strong communication and trust with clients and the clinical team Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent Licensed or eligible for licensure in Nebraska Proven leadership, mentoring, and communication skills Dedication to compassionate, evidence-based medicine Benefits
