Cardiovascular Technologist – Cath Lab
Salary Range: $44.67–$69.35 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | 40 hours per week
Incentives: Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible full-time hires
Requirements to Apply High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in cardiovascular and/or interventional radiologic procedures as a Cardiovascular Technologist Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association Associate’s degree from an accredited program with supervised clinical experience preferred Prior experience in Cardiac Catheterization, Special Procedures, or Interventional Radiology preferred Strong understanding of sterile techniques, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency protocols

Job Overview The Cardiovascular Technologist assists physicians during invasive and interventional cardiovascular procedures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and patient safety. This position involves working with advanced imaging systems, monitors, and devices to support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The technologist plays an essential role in preparing patients, managing sterile fields, assisting with vascular access, and performing quality control checks.
This role supports procedures in cardiac, vascular, neuro-interventional, and pediatric specialties. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, team-focused professional who excels under pressure and is passionate about advancing cardiovascular care through technical skill, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities Assist cardiovascular physicians during invasive and interventional procedures Operate and maintain specialized imaging, monitoring, and diagnostic equipment Perform and document hemodynamic monitoring and data collection Prepare and maintain the sterile field and ensure adherence to infection control standards Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and post-procedure care Perform quality control checks and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Ensure compliance with all hospital, department, and regulatory standards Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population, ranging from neonatal to geriatric
