PT - Rehab needed asapEffectively screens/evaluates/rehabiltates patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care and develops appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards.Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.1 year of PT experience - RequiredLTC or Rehab experience - RequiredMO State License - RequiredNew Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience
