Responsibilities: Be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations and ensuring the highest level of food quality, presentation, and service. As a key leader in the culinary department, the Kitchen Manager leads the kitchen team, manages food costs, creates menus, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Requirements:

Prior 4-5 years' experience in a luxury brand hotel or similar environment

Culinary Operations Management

Team Leadership and Development

Menu Development and Cost Control

Quality Assurance and Compliance

Vendor and Supplier Management

Highly organized, productive, and able to work meticulously in a high-intensity kitchen / work environment

Energetic and friendly personality, with strong willingness and ability to work as part of a cohesive team and to support colleagues regardless of role

Willingness to take direction and to learn and adapt to new systems

Catering experience desirable, but not mandatory

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Physical requirements include: Ability to lift and carry items up to 30lbs, and to stand, walk up and down stairs, and exert well-paced mobility for extended period of time

Compensation: $81,000 per year
