Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 35-hour work week
Experience Level: 2–5 years corporate IT support (law firm or professional services preferred)
About The Role The Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Technology Support Analyst to provide hands‑on IT support across desktop, mobile, and network environments in a fast‑paced professional services setting. This is a client‑facing position that requires strong communication, professionalism, and customer service, along with solid technical troubleshooting skills.
This individual will support approximately 21 global offices, providing both in‑person and remote assistance. Every other week, the role includes participating in daytime global support rotation, with flexibility to work up to two days remotely during those weeks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide deskside and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage tickets, phone calls, and email requests; troubleshoot Windows and Mac environments.
Configure and support laptops, printers, mobile devices (iPhone), and audio/visual setups.
Create and manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 accounts; assist with Citrix and VPN access.
Support and maintain conference room and remote meeting technologies.
Deliver onboarding support and basic software training to end users.
Collaborate closely with IT leadership and regional teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
Must have 2–5 years of IT support experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
Proficiency with Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, Citrix, NetDocuments, DTE, and iManage.
Strong customer service and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
Ability to troubleshoot across hardware, software, networking, and AV systems.
Experience supporting VIP or senior‑level users preferred.
U.S. work authorization required.
