What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design and implement scalable software solutions, ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance features for system integration
Troubleshoot applications, conduct code reviews, and improve engineering practices continuously
Lead the exploration and implementation of new technologies to enhance system performance
Drive the resolution of intricate technical challenges while fostering a culture of excellence in the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proficiency in Python and one of Go/Java; strong SQL skills
Experience building and operating production services/APIs (REST/gRPC) with tests and observability
Familiarity with data/storage technologies such as Postgres/MySQL and Redis; comfort with eventing (Kafka/Pub/Sub)
Experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow, including model training and deployment
Clear communication skills with a proven ability to drive projects end‑to‑end with measurable impact
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Hands‑on experience with model serving using FastAPI/gRPC or similar frameworks
Practical experience in ETL/feature work with Spark/Flink or SQL‑based pipelines
Basic knowledge of experimentation (A/B testing) and drift/quality checks
Experience with large language models (LLM), including prompt‑based integrations and API workflows
