Responsibilities The General Manager hosts unforgettable dining experiences, ensuring every guest encounter surpasses expectations. From curating an atmosphere steeped in hospitality to managing operational intricacies, the General Manager is pivotal in crafting moments of joy and satisfaction. The General Manager champions a culture of excellence, leading by example and nurturing a passionate team.
Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant restaurant experience
Intuitive understanding of full-service casual upscale restaurant service
Strong financial acumen, understanding P&L, COGs, labor, and operations excellence
Ability to demonstrate accurate cash handling and reconciliations
Extensive food and beverage knowledge
Proficiency with key systems and IT infrastructure (reservation platforms, inventory management, POS)
State required food safety certifications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead
Strong people‑management experience and abilities
Motivated by a strong internal drive to achieve success, dedicated to delivering high‑quality work
