We are seeking a visionary and results‑driven Vice President of Revenue Cycle to lead and optimize our financial operations, ensuring sustainability and growth that support our mission. Your Role in Our Mission
The VP of Revenue Cycle will oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle. This leader will develop and execute strategies that maximize revenue, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the VP will partner with executive leadership, program directors, and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in financial performance. Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction for a team of 10, including billing, claims, and cash posting staff. Design and implement systems, processes, and best practices to improve billing accuracy, reduce denials, and accelerate collections. Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing revenue cycle team with a focus on accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare dashboards, and present revenue cycle metrics to executive leadership and the Board. Partner with program and clinical leadership to align financial operations with service delivery and mission priorities. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, payer contracts, and regulatory requirements (Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, etc.). Collaborate with IT to enhance revenue cycle systems, including electronic health records (EHR) and billing software. Manage payer relationships and lead negotiations to optimize reimbursement and reduce disputes. Why Join Us?

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, managed care, and nonprofit healthcare funding models. Skills: Proven track record of improving financial performance, reducing denials, streamlining processes, and developing teams.
