Business Segment Overview

Corporate:

Engage in a deep variety of business‑critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game‑changing policies.

Position Purpose We are seeking a high‑energy, analytical and entrepreneurial professional to join our Corporate Development Group. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development, the successful candidate will work closely with business unit leaders, cross‑functional teams, corporate strategy and senior executives to identify, evaluate and execute growth opportunities, both organic and inorganic across StoneX’s global footprint.

With over 30 acquisitions completed in the past decade, Corporate Development plays a critical role in StoneX’s growth strategy. As a disciplined, value‑driven industry consolidator, we continue to expand through strategic M&A and capital deployment.

This position provides hands‑on exposure to the full M&A lifecycle—from market scanning and opportunity origination to due diligence, integration planning, and value realization. It is an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while directly contributing to StoneX’s long‑term growth.

Responsibilities

Support M&A process from origination to completion, with a particular focus on due diligence

Develop and maintain valuation models and other financial analyses to support deal evaluation and strategic decision‑making

Create materials and conduct analyses to support strategic Executive and Board‑level decisions

Track and analyze M&A and investment activity across StoneX’s key markets to identify trends and opportunities

Conduct market, industry and company research, including preparing target profiles and competitive landscapes

Support the preparation of investor relations and corporate finance materials, including capital structure analysis and financing initiatives

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and support post‑close integration efforts

Contribute to strategic projects and internal growth initiatives aligned with StoneX’s corporate strategy and long‑term growth objectives

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking and/or private equity, venture capital, or corporate development

Proven strategic, financial model­ing and analytical skills, with strong focus on detail, accuracy, and quality

Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint applications

Collaborative mindset with effective communication and teamwork skills

Excellence in written and verbal communication skills

What makes you stand out

FIG, FinTech or payments experience is ideal, but not required

Education / Certification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a highly analytical field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science)

Working Environment

4 days per week onsite, 1 day per week remote

Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently, and cooperatively within a team

Hiring Salary Range $90,000 - $120,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
