Managing Consultant – Workday Talent Lead high-impact client engagements and oversee delivery across key Talent Management areas including Performance, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Talent Reviews. Guiding end-to-end implementations, optimizing existing deployments, and mentoring consultants.
Responsibilities
Lead large, high-impact Workday implementations and drive the solution strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
Guide and mentor teams of consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope, ensuring successful outcomes.
Provide strategic guidance on business process improvements and optimization of Workday functionality.
Troubleshoot complex issues, identify system bottlenecks, and propose long-term solutions.
Drive business development efforts and contribute to new client proposals.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in HCM technology consulting or enterprise systems, with 4+ years of hands‑on Workday HCM experience focusing on Talent modules.
Proven success leading Workday Talent implementations (Performance, Succession Planning, Career Development, Talent Reviews).
Strong configuration expertise across Workday Talent, with working knowledge of Core HCM and Business Process Framework.
Demonstrated ability to translate talent strategy into scalable system design, driving business alignment and user adoption.
Experience managing client relationships, project delivery, and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, influencing HR and business leaders.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
