You'll collaborate with the CEO and the C-Suite to make high level decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations. A strong background in finance and management is needed. Responsibilities
Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize financial performance and mitigate risk. Build the company's infrastructure for commercialization. Develop clear financial narratives, KPIs, and reports for venture and strategic investors. Oversee audits, tax strategy, and payroll. Integrate operational metrics with financial reporting for data-driven decisions. Oversee treasury, insurance, and corporate governance. Drive IPO readiness and future SOX compliance. Qualifications
