Adobe is building the next generation of digital creative experiences. As the Applied ML Research Engineer, you will research, design, develop, and deliver high‑profile GenAI features that enable enterprise creators and marketers to turn creative intent into creative success. Responsibilities

Research, train, and deploy state‑of‑the‑art ML models for enterprise use‑cases. Leverage large language models to analyze complex data and build advanced knowledge‑extraction and insight‑generation systems. Explore and iterate on emerging LLM techniques to advance the frontier of context engineering. Build and optimize agentic AI workflows that enable users to dynamically interact with and refine outputs from ML systems. Develop scalable frameworks to evaluate the accuracy, robustness, and usability of complex AI agents. Partner closely with product, UX, business development, and strategic partners to translate AI innovations into enterprise‑grade production features. Collaborate with the AI Research team to constantly explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies and transform research ideas into interactive prototypes. Qualifications

B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. 2+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying ML models in production. Demonstrated expertise in training, fine‑tuning, and optimizing large language models and large‑scale models. Proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of leading ML frameworks and libraries. Strong passion for AI‑driven innovation and a track record of delivering impactful, production‑grade AI solutions. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,700 – $228,600 annually.
