Seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Specialist to design, implement, and maintain a modern digital workplace ecosystem. This role focuses on building and managing enterprise-level M365 platforms—including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform—while ensuring secure, scalable, and user-friendly collaboration solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with architectural expertise and a proven ability to lead complex global initiatives. Responsibilities
Define long-term strategy for Microsoft 365 services with a strong emphasis on SharePoint Online. Design enterprise-ready solutions that balance usability, security, and performance. Administer and optimize large, complex SharePoint Online environments. Configure site collections, permissions, content databases, metadata, and governance frameworks. Oversee compliance and retention policies, hybrid integrations, and tenant-level settings. Troubleshoot advanced issues impacting system performance, integrations, or data security. Align SharePoint with OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, Exchange, and related Microsoft tools. Implement identity and access controls through Azure AD, Conditional Access, and MFA. Establish secure collaboration models for both internal and external users. Plan and deliver migrations, system upgrades, and third-party integrations. Drive global adoption of M365 solutions, including training and end-user enablement. Leverage PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to automate administration. Act as escalation point for complex SharePoint and M365 issues (Tier 2/3). Provide documentation, mentorship, and technical guidance across IT and business teams. Continuously assess and improve the M365 ecosystem for resilience, security, and user experience. Skills
10+ years in IT with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 solution design and administration. Advanced expertise in SharePoint Online: provisioning, metadata management, retention, compliance, governance, and security. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Strong hands-on scripting and automation with PowerShell, SPFx, and Microsoft Graph API. In-depth knowledge of Azure AD, ADFS, Conditional Access, MFA, and enterprise IAM practices. Proven experience with SharePoint and file migrations using tools such as Sharegate. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and deliver large-scale projects. Benefits
