Actively participate in selected marketing and business development initiatives. Prepare comprehensive fee proposals, including detailed work plans to define scope, staffing, and schedules; support contract negotiations as needed. Identify and define staffing requirements for projects as directed. Oversee project budgets, work plans, consultant coordination, and schedules, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and tracking fees and costs for compliance. Assist in the preparation, execution, and management of consultant subcontracts. Establish and maintain strong, collaborative, and respectful working relationships with clients, ownership teams, and their representatives. Foster a cooperative professional relationship with the Project Leadership Team, including the Project Designer, Project Architect, and Principal-in-Charge. Provide leadership through coaching and mentoring, supporting the professional development of staff. Manage the day-to-day activities and deliverables of assigned projects. Promote ongoing team communication through organized meetings, meeting minutes, and timely project updates shared with internal teams and external consultants. Ensure all project documentation adheres to company standards, policies, and quality requirements. Contribute to design development and project deliverables as needed, supporting overall project goals at the direction of the Principal-in-Charge. Build and maintain professional relationships with contractors, advocating for the interests of the design team throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements For Success

Demonstrated expertise in relationship-building, problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork. Proficiency in advanced project delivery methods, drawing software, and production processes is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills, including effective time management, strategic planning, and prioritization. Comprehensive knowledge of design principles, construction methodologies, and material applications. Strong understanding of project work plans, schedules, staffing requirements, and budgets, with a keen interest in financial management. Proven ability to manage multiple small to medium-sized projects with complex scopes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel. Experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint is preferred. Essential Qualifications

Professional Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or Engineering (B. Arch or M. Arch) A minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural, engineering, or construction practice, including at least 10 years of project management experience across all project phases. Project management experience in sports facilities, arenas, convention centers, hospitality, or aviation projects is highly desirable. Professional licensure as an Architect, Interior Designer, or Engineer, or LEED accreditation is preferred. NCARB registration is strongly preferred. PMP certification or completion of equivalent project management coursework is a plus. Additional Details

Travel will be required. Occasional overtime may be required. Compensation

The projected salary range for this opportunity is $95,112 - $118,890 annually, and may be more or less depending on skills, experience, and education. Benefits
