Job Location : Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled

Azure Data Analyst

with deep expertise in

SQL & Databricks

to support our Client. The ideal candidate will work closely with data owners, business, and technical stewards to gather requirements, design data solutions, and support testing and documentation efforts across modern cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical data requirements.

Develop

source-to-target mappings , technical specifications, and data dictionaries.

Lead data sourcing and ingestion activities within the

Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) .

Work with

real-time data pipelines

and

Operational Data Hub (ODH)

on Azure.

Design and implement scalable data solutions using

Databricks

and

Azure services .

Write and optimize complex

SQL queries

for data analysis and transformation.

Create and maintain documentation including

design documents ,

runbooks , and

SOPs .

Support

system and user acceptance testing

to validate data solutions.

Use

Azure Boards

for task tracking and agile project management.

Perform

data modeling

and ensure alignment with governance and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Expert-level proficiency in SQL

for data querying, transformation, and analysis.

Hands-on experience with Databricks

for big data processing and analytics.

Strong knowledge of Azure fundamentals , including data services and cloud architecture.

Experience with

EDL (Sourcing, Ingestion) ,

ASL , and

real-time data processing .

Proven ability in

requirement analysis , stakeholder engagement, and technical documentation.

Familiarity with

Azure Boards , agile methodologies, and collaborative tools.

Strong understanding of

data modeling , metadata management, and governance practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with

financial services data .

Certification in

Azure Data Fundamentals ,

Databricks , or related technologies.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $80,420 to $106,050/yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
