Responsibilities

Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs) Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process that drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre‑ and Post‑PI Planning events Facilitate the PI planning event Facilitate regular synchronization events, including the ART sync, Leadership sync, Scrum of Scrums, etc. Coach and train leaders, teams, Scrum Masters, and others in Lean‑Agile practices and approaches Help manage risks and dependencies. Call out and track impediments Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other team members to help ensure strategy and execution alignment Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the practices associated with DevOps and Release on Demand in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline Assist the portfolio by facilitating feature estimation by teams and the roll up to Epics Regularly meet with ART business owners and other partners to think beyond day‑to‑day activities to determine strategic direction Help drive the innovation cycle Facilitate System Demos Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or related work experience Certified in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) SPC or RTE Experience

7–10 years in financial services and domain/capability (tech shared services, cloud platforms, enterprise data platforms, AI/ML, etc.) Role responsible for broad, multi‑functional alignment and execution in an Agile environment with demonstrated ability to communicate and influence across business and technical domains at all levels of the organization Adept at presenting to large groups and able to hold the audience’s attention Client‑focused, fearless and accountable Collaborative, curious, and adaptable Competitive drive and highly motivated with superb communication, leadership, and motivational skills Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly in a rapid‑growth environment Benefits
