SOKOL GxP Services is looking for a motivated
Junior Calibration & Equipment Support Engineer
to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential support for the calibration and maintenance of critical laboratory and manufacturing equipment in a cGMP environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of equipment calibration protocols
Perform routine calibrations and maintenance on laboratory and manufacturing equipment
Support equipment qualification, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and industry standards
Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation
Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to streamline equipment support processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in equipment calibration, maintenance, or support in a cGMP environment preferred
Basic understanding of cGMP regulations and quality systems
Experience with CMMS systems preferred (Blue Mountain or Maximo a plus)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in both independent and team settings
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Benefits Competitive hourly rate: $35.78 - $45.45/hr (W-2 only, no C2C)
Working hours: Monday - Friday, business hours
12-month contract with possible extension
