Cyber Security Analyst (Contract)
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will safeguard our digital infrastructure by implementing and managing advanced security tools and technologies. Responsibilities
Monitor, configure, and optimize security tools including DataDog, Crowdstrike, and Palo Alto Firewalls. Manage Cisco network security solutions, including ASA configurations. Strengthen identity and access management by administering Active Directory and Azure environments. Oversee security of cloud‑based services, including Exchange Online and Mimecast. Implement and enforce security protocols for Zscaler to protect against external threats. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with industry security standards. Respond to security incidents promptly, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain documentation for security procedures, configurations, and policies. Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend proactive measures. Requirements
Proven experience in cybersecurity roles with a focus on systems and network security. Proficiency with security tools such as DataDog, Crowdstrike, and Palo Alto Firewalls. Hands‑on expertise with Cisco ASA and other firewall technologies. Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure cloud environments. Experience with cloud security tools, including Exchange Online, Mimecast, and Zscaler. Familiarity with configuration management practices and tools. Ability to conduct thorough security assessments and implement effective solutions. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to respond quickly to incidents. Equal Opportunity
