Roles & Responsibilities:
Configure and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ components to support provisioning, de‑provisioning, and identity governance functions.
Integrate applications into the SailPoint platform using connectors and APIs.
Develop and maintain workflows to automate user lifecycle and entitlement certification processes.
Implement and optimize Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) and access review mechanisms.
Collaborate with internal teams to define access policies, improve compliance, and streamline identity management processes.
Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities for SailPoint configurations and upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM‑related technical issues in coordination with system and application owners.
Contribute to the documentation of configurations, standards, and operational best practices.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening automation and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration and development experience.
3–5 years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management or related IT security disciplines.
Strong understanding of IAM fundamentals: provisioning, access reviews, RBAC design.
Proficiency with Java for building and customizing SailPoint connectors and APIs.
Familiarity with directory and authentication systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta.
Exposure to cloud platform integrations and CI/CD pipeline management.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Effective communicator capable of documenting technical processes clearly.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with a commitment to quality and integrity.
Continuous improvement mindset focused on scalable, maintainable solutions.
