Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of complex Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Service Cloud, Omnichannel integrations, Genesys contact center integration, and AI enablement using Salesforce Einstein. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce solution architecture focusing on Service Cloud features, including case management, SLAs, and knowledge base design.
Architect and design integrations between Salesforce and Omnichannel platforms (voice, chat, email, and social).
Design and implement integrations with Genesys Contact Center leveraging Salesforce CTI, APIs, and event‑driven architectures.
Enable AI‑driven capabilities using Salesforce Einstein (Bots, Next Best Action, Analytics, Sentiment Analysis, and Predictive Insights).
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices, data governance, and security frameworks.
Conduct architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and provide technical leadership to development and support teams.
Stay current on Salesforce releases and ecosystem advancements to continuously enhance solution strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
13+ years of overall IT experience, with minimum 5+ years in Salesforce solution architecture and design.
Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Omnichannel, and CTI integrations.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with Genesys Cloud or similar enterprise contact center platforms.
In‑depth knowledge of Salesforce Integration Patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware such as MuleSoft).
Experience implementing Salesforce Einstein capabilities (Bots, Next Best Action, Analytics).
Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, governance, and DevOps practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Salesforce Certifications (Preferred)
Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Integration Architect
Nice to Have
Experience with Experience Cloud or Sales Cloud in addition to Service Cloud.
Familiarity with AI‑driven service automation, chatbots, or GenAI capabilities within Salesforce.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools (GitHub, Copado, Gearset).
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Relevant Salesforce Architect and Consultant‑level certifications preferred.
